Mountain Bike Therapy

Experiential therapy for trauma and anxiety

MTB Therapy can be helpful for folks with no riding experience who want to work through trauma and anxiety in an experiential way or those who have crashed on their mountain bike and want to work through the fear of getting back in the saddle.

Who Sara Helps

Sara Hunter, LCMHC, works with adults, teens, and their families at various points in their lives. I offer counseling in the office and as adventure therapy outdoors. Whether you are struggling through a transition, living with anxiety or situated in trauma, we will work together to help you learn ways to become an agent of change in your own life.

My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed.  I provide a safe space, free of judgement, for you to share your story while also facilitating experiences that help you go deeper, allowing you to make the changes you are hoping for.
