You are so brave for being here. Taking the step to begin couple or individual counseling requires courage. If you’re looking to foster deeper connection with yourself and those you care most about and want a secure space to feel seen and heard, you have found the right place.
You don’t have to do this all on your own. It would be an honor and a privilege to work with you on your journey. Through counseling and adventure therapy, I help people navigate:
TraumaIf you've experienced a traumatic event or have a history of complex trauma, we can work together to help you shift to living in a place of security instead of fear. |
Relationship StrugglesIf you are feeling stuck in painful cycles and want to feel more close and connected in your relationship we can work together to help you find what you are longing for. |
AnxietyIf fear and anxiety are getting in the way of you enjoying your life, we can work to help you live more fully in the present. |
