You may have experienced a traumatic event and need someone to help hold your story so you can shift to living in a place of security instead of fear. You want to find meaning, make changes, and need support. We all need that.
It’s easy to think we can push through on our own or that talking to friends or family will be enough. Sometimes talking with someone who is not already involved in your life can be helpful. Our loved ones usually have ideas or biases about what they hope for us. In counseling sessions, I provide a safe space, free of judgement for you to share your story while also facilitating experiences that help you go deeper, allowing you to make the changes you are hoping for.
